How to start a return
Email us at customer.helpdesk.team1@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note. We'll send you the return details.

Refunds
Once your return is on its way back to us, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days of us receiving it.

Squeezed a few already?
That's fine. They're meant to be squeezed, and trying them out is not a reason to lose your refund. Just send back what you haven't handed out.

Damaged or wrong item?
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 60 days and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
