Can't find the number? It's in the shipping email we sent when your order left — same sender as your order confirmation.

What To Expect

  • Give It 48 Hours

    A tracking number is created the moment a label is printed, and it often sits quiet for a day or two before the first scan. That's normal — nothing is wrong.

  • Check Your Promotions Folder

    The tracking email comes from the same address as your order confirmation. If you can't find it, that's almost always where it is.

  • 1–2 Days Out, 7–12 Days To You

    Orders leave within 1–2 business days, and US delivery typically takes 7–12 business days after that.
